Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Your first month is completely free and we don’t ask for a card at signup. Before month 2 we’ll reach out about billing — $29.99/month for your next two months, then $49.99.
Is there a contract?
No contract, ever. It’s month to month and you can cancel anytime. If LoadWize isn’t saving you time, you shouldn’t pay for it.
Do I have to install an app?
No — LoadWize is web-based. It runs in the browser on any phone, tablet, or laptop. Nothing to download, nothing to update, and your drivers just open a link and log in.
Who can see my data?
Only you and the people you invite. Everything is encrypted, documents are stored in secure AWS S3 storage, and we never share or sell your data — not to brokers, not to load boards, not to anyone.
What if I get stuck setting up?

What happens after the free month?
