These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the LoadWize website and application. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
LoadWize provides software for managing trucking operations, including dispatch, tracking, settlements, fuel, IFTA, and accounting. We may update, add, or remove features over time to improve the service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed per company on a monthly basis and include a set number of trucks, with additional trucks billed at the per-truck rate shown at checkout.
Plans are month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others.
5. Your Data
You retain ownership of the data you enter into LoadWize. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process that data in order to provide the service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. LoadWize is a record-keeping and operations tool and is not a substitute for professional accounting, legal, or tax advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoadWize is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
